Inspection of all the technical functions and settings of loaded reefer containers, such as
temperature, humidity control and Fresh Air Ventilation (FAV) in respect of both export
and import reefers and continues 24/7 until export units are loaded on board
vessels and import units taken delivery by Consignee.

Repair of reefer units when loaded in the event of fault or failure, by notification
of customer, vessel or terminal. Reefer service engineers and technicians are on standby
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
